All cannabis stocks offer long-term gains, but this one has the potential to deliver more

Low-priced stocks are those that generally have share prices below $5. Many of today’s investors have seen these stocks as a perfect opportunity to avoid taking large risks for X or Y reasons. One of the most common reasons is that investors have the ability to buy large amounts of shares without having to put a large amount of capital at stake. Currently, there is a low-priced stock that has proven that it has what it takes to be one of the most recognized in its category. The potential that the company has made clear has led many investors to start looking at it with a magnifying glass.

Sundial Growers certainly seems to have the tools to overcome many of the hurdles facing the industry today while offering mind-blowing returns for its shareholders for years to come. Despite having performed poorly in its stock since its initial public offering (IPO) approximately two years ago, it may be a potential hidden gem in the cannabis space.

Over the past year, Sundial has made several efforts to achieve positive net income on a sustainable basis. In order to achieve this key operating objective, the cannabis company has started to have a strong relationship with the liquor business through the recent acquisition of Canada’s largest private liquor retailer, Alcanna. It has also invested a good amount of capital in the investment side of its business through companies like SunStream Bancorp, boosted its commercial presence by acquiring other cannabis retailers like Inner Spirit Holdings and even kept a large amount of unrestricted cash in reserve.

Because of these moves and future plans that could become part of the company, Wall Street specialists predict that Sundial will start reporting an increase in gross revenue of about 371% next year. Those who have faith in these statistics and believe that these transformative business development moves are a key to success can expect great returns over the next 12 months.
