Cannabis could be a great way to control the appetite and get back into shape

Research funded by a grant from the National Institutes of Health has shown that hemp extract has promising properties to be considered as a special supplement to help people lose weight. Approximately two out of three people are overweight or obese; however, hemp has arrived as a perfect ally by offering a unique range of benefits that can help shed some extra pounds and protect the body from the negative impact that obesity has on the body.

According to the data shared by the study, it was shown that the 100 participants who consistently took Nitro-V hemp extract were able to reduce their weight considerably, reporting losses of up to 22 pounds in a matter of three months. According to the results, even those who had less benefit from this hemp extract still managed to lose a total of five pounds. Study subjects who took hemp extract rich in cannabidiol (CBD) also reported large gains in other metrics of metabolic health and key indicators of well-being without the need to adjust diet and exercise habits.

According to the researchers, this hemp extract has high levels of omega-3 essential fatty acids, which increase satiety in those who are overweight or trying to reduce calories. Foods rich in omega-3s, such as Nitro-V hemp extract, are related to mood regulation, sleep, stress reactions and hormones. Balancing these systems in the body can be helpful in stimulating weight loss.

Of course, this must be accompanied by a healthy diet. There is no point in taking two tablespoons of hemp extract if we accompany them with industrial pastries, fatty or ultra-processed products. In the same way, we have to be consistent. Eating healthy food one day and committing excesses the next day will mean that the previous day’s effort will have been for nothing.
