The deal is a success for Pure Global’s stock price
Pure Global Cannabis is an integrated life sciences and consumer product cannabis company that operates through its wholly-owned PureSinse Inc. subsidiary. That entity is licensed by Health Canada and has now entered into a merchant agreement with BuyWell Corp, an insurance company, to have certain PureSinse products carried under the BuyWell Care Cannabis Coverage Plan.
BuyWell is a wholly-owned and operated subsidiary of Evergreen Pacific Insurance Corp. The subsidiary offers the first medical cannabis coverage and PureSinse will be included among a short list of preferred providers offering medical cannabis products to the company’s patient networks.
Pure Global President and CEO Malay Panchal asserts, “BuyWell Care is an important partnership in supporting our medical cannabis business goals. We carried out a soft launch of our site mid-January after receiving our Health Canada sales license. This allowed us to test our systems to ensure it can handle larger volumes in the coming months. PureSinse now offers same day shipping within the Greater Toronto Area.
