This is a great treat to have on hand for watching sports this weekend

What do you get when you combine the sweet taste of chewy candy with the silky, tropical flavor of coconut? The perfect sweet ending to any dinner. Plus, these delicious coconut candies combined with cannabis can become the favorite of many during this weekend that has already begun. To ensure that your candies cook up soft and chewy (not brittle), here’s a recipe that will leave you flying through the roof.

To get started, line a loaf pan with parchment paper and then, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the following ingredients.

1 C coconut sugar
1 T of coconut cannabis oil
3 T Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1/8 C filtered water
1/8 t real salt

Once combined, increase the heat to medium-high and watch the candy thermometer until it reads 240°F. Remove pot from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla extract.

Once that process is complete, quickly pour it into a lined loaf pan and chill it in the refrigerator for at least an hour. The caramel should be sticky but hold together when rolled and molded. Cut the caramel into 12 pieces and roll in parchment paper (for tenderness). Serve immediately and enjoy a dessert that is quite pleasing to the palate.
