How to make homemade marijuana ratatouille

This marijuana-based recipe conjures up visions of exquisite French gastronomy

Although the name doesn’t sound delicious, as mentioned in the Pixar movie, ratatouille is a stew from the Provence region of France and is considered one of the most delicious dishes you can try in this country. Although it was born very humbly as a country dish, its combination became so classic and valued in many countries around the world. Besides being delicious, it is perfect to follow a diet since it has a high content of nutrients and is low in calories. Adding marijuana to the recipe would undoubtedly give it an even more special touch.

3 T olive oil
1 onion large, yellow or white, diced
1 T garlic minced
2 C eggplant diced, 1 medium eggplant
1 C zucchini diced, 2 small zucchini
1 C yellow summer squash diced, 2 small squash
1 red bell pepper or green bell pepper, large, diced
1 1/2 C tomatoes diced
1 t dried oregano
1/2 t dried thyme
3/4 t salt
1 t black pepper
2 T cannabis-infused olive oil
1/3 C fresh basil chopped

Once you have everything on hand, heat about a tablespoon and a half of olives in a large skillet, preferably cast iron, over medium-high heat. Add online and sauté until softened, about three minutes.

Stir in the garlic. Add the remaining tablespoon and half of the oil and add the eggplant and sauté for about five minutes. Then, add the zucchini and yellow squash and cook, stirring frequently, for five minutes.

Proceed to add the tomatoes, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper and cook for about five minutes. Finally, add the cannabis oil and fresh basil leaves until well combined. Serve hot and enjoy an essential weekend dish.
