This event is going to be held online and is now ready to find judges

The very first High Times Cannabis Cup festival was held back in 1988 in Amsterdam, and was more festival than competition, but that is where it got its start as a two- or three-day festival celebrating marijuana. Since cannabis is now legal in the state of California, High Times has moved the festival to Southern California; however, due to the still rampant spread of the COVID-19 pandemic across the US and the world, High Times has come up with a new and inventive way to hold the 2020 version of what has become the world’s foremost cannabis festival.

High Times is holding the People’s Choice Cannabis Cup and offers an incredible array of cannabis entered into the competition. Anyone in Southern California can be a judge; all that is necessary to do is to purchase one of the judge’s kits available from High Times cannabis delivery service. Presale for the judge’s kits starts today, and the kits will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, distributed by the well-established High Times delivery service in the greater LA area.

The competition features over 68 brands across 146 entries and the winners will be crowned ‘best in state’ across ten categories. All Cannabis Cup intake and distribution process will be handled by High Times’ cannabis delivery service.

Those lucky enough to become judges will be able to receive and evaluate the best products that SoCal has to offer for their preferred category and participate as a judge in the Cannabis Cup People’s Choice Edition safely from the comfort of their own homes.

Available categories include flower (sativa, indica, hybrid and sungrown), prerolls, concentrates, vape pens & cartridges, tinctures, topicals, capsules, and two edible categories: food and beverage.
