A quick boost of energy while on the go will increase stamina

Although cannabis and professional bicycle tournaments still do not mix, this will most likely change within the next five years. Cycling is a sport that requires a great amount of endurance and which commonly results in temporary health issues, such as pain and inflammation. Fortunately, cannabis can come to the rescue and it has the added benefit of being able to deliver a greater amount of oxygen to the heart and other cells, giving a much-needed boost of energy during a race. Making homemade cannabis-infused energy bars is a simple process and they’ll give you a pick-me-up while you’re participating in your favorite activity.
The recipe calls for:

Coconut oil spray

4-5 cups quick-cook oatmeal
1 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla extract
⅔ C. cannabutter, melted
⅔ C. honey
⅓ C. brown sugar, packed
2-cup mix of chocolate chips, walnuts, pecans, raisins and coconut flakes (mix to personal taste)

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and spray a 9×13” pan with coconut oil. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly into the pan, pressing by hand as necessary. Place in the oven for 30-35 minutes, remove and let cool for at least a half-hour. Cut and enjoy. The recipe makes about 24 servings and they’ll be easy to carry on the go so you can increase your energy without even having to stop. Freezing will keep the energy bars longer and they can be heated in the microwave for about 10 seconds to be ready to eat.
