Ed ‘NJWeedman’ Forchion has big plans for South Florida’s cannabis scene

Independence Day is just around the corner, and as usual, many people decide to celebrate it in their own way. It seems that the famous cannabis activist Ed ‘NJWeedman’ Forchion has already found his own and is making all the preparations for this weekend to be full of marijuana in conjunction with his biggest bong bang.

It’s been a while since Forchion started moving to bring more joy to the city of Miami, and since then, he has found himself creating a new lounge where the main theme, of course, will be marijuana. Located in Miami’s trendy Wynwood Art District, The Joint of Miami looks set to open its doors to the public this Independence Day weekend. To celebrate it all, the event will feature three days of smoke-infused festivities. The party begins on Friday and ends on Sunday, possibly with the traditional fireworks display.

Music will clearly be factored into the equation, and in order to bring this art to the ears of many, several DJs have been invited, including DJ ReRe, DJ Alamo and DJ Suav. As the first marijuana enthusiast-friendly music and art show at the location, many local talents and visual artists will have the opportunity to present their work in the venue’s indoor and outdoor gallery during the three-day celebration.

“This is the first Independence Day where I feel truly independent,” expresses Ed “NJWeedman” Forchion. “Four years ago, I was in the Mercer County Jail in New Jersey, I was legally lynched and now I’m in Miami opening a new operation. Although the war is not completely won, I finally have enough winning battles under my belt that I can breathe and pass with a semblance of peace.”

Forchion has been a clear example of what it means to struggle with everything that is going on in the marijuana world today. However, with hard work and dedication he has managed to accomplish his goals and now has the ability to share his accomplishments with the rest of the marijuana faithful community.
