This recipe calls for simple ingredients to make an extraordinary cannabis treat
It’s finally Friday and it’s time to put aside the diet for a much-needed treat this weekend. Learning new recipes infused with tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is never too much and, if the idea is to spend some quality time with your loved ones, THC-infused white chocolate chip blondies are a perfect choice.
To create this recipe, you will need:
1 C of unsalted butter (melted)
1 1/4 C light brown sugar (packed)
2 1/2 C all-purpose flour
1/2 C sugar
2 large eggs and 1 egg yolk
2 t cornstarch
1 t salt
1/2 t baking powder
1 C of white chocolate chips
Once you have all of these items in the kitchen, preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 13×9 pan with parchment paper (or grease and lightly flour). Add the activated THC and melted butter in a large bowl and mix both well. Next, add the sugar first, stirring well, and then add the eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until they show a smooth combination.
In a separate bowl, mix together the cornstarch, flour, baking powder, and salt. Once this is done, gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until you notice a smooth combination. Fold in the white chocolate chips and then spread the blondie batter into the prepared pan and transfer to the oven. Bake for 25-30 at 350°F or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean or with a few crumbs. If it’s ready, remove from the oven and let cool before cutting.
